Whether the clinic documents treatment under general anaesthesia or deep / twilight sedation — "sleep dentistry", where the patient is asleep and unaware (does not feel, see, or hear the procedure). Ordinary conscious sedation, where the patient stays awake and responsive, does not count here. This is informational and does not affect the transparency score.

Change History
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-09-17 | Re-read on 2026-09-17: the clinic's website (its React app content, not just the empty page shell) and its Google listing (4.8, 24 reviews, unchanged). Corrected: the site does name five dentists with photos and specializations. Recorded: no prices for any procedure; implants are not offered but extractions are; owner replied to a review; Facebook link confirmed; structured business data present; services explained in paragraphs; no online booking form. Still unverified: TripAdvisor presence, on-site X-ray/CBCT, English-speaking staff, emergency appointments. |
| 2026-08-26 | Link-rot cleanup 2026-08-26: pruning 1 dead source(s) confirmed unreachable in an external-link check (checked 2026-08-26) and re-confirmed dead by direct recheck where applicable. s3 [https://www.mirandre.com/stomatoloska-ordinacija-happy-dent]: https://www.mirandre.com/stomatoloska-ordinacija-happy-dent (unable to verify the first certificate; if the root CA is installed locally, try running Node.js with --use-system-ca, rotten) |
| 2026-08-26 | Re-verification 2026-08-26: website live but its homepage/contact pages did not render address or phone text for this agent, so those were confirmed instead via the clinic's Google Maps profile (both unchanged), not permanently closed; captured first Google rating 4.8 (24 reviews); added geo coordinates and reviewRecency. |
| 2026-08-26 | License verification 2026-08-26: no searchable Serbian registry exists for clinic licences; no named doctors to check. Recorded as null, not false. |
| 2026-08-25 | Re-verification 2026-08-25: happydent.co.rs's homepage returns only minimal static content to a direct fetch (title only); a text render of the same page confirmed the clinic is live and current and surfaced the address "Atinska 2, 34000 Kragujevac, TC AERODROM, PRVI sprat", matching the stored address. Phone number was not visible on either fetch, so it was not independently re-confirmed today (no contradiction found either). No Google Maps link found, so reputation could not be re-verified on 2026-08-25; no rating/review-count was stored previously either. |
| 2026-08-25 | Removed manual red flag(s) no_clinic_license: they asserted unpublished licensing while the underlying data was unverified (null means "not checked", not "not published"). See methodology v1.3.0. |
| 2026-08-18 | Imported from the city-tier dataset. |
