Implant placement documented as done under local anaesthesia only [us-dental-lux-kragujevac-sedation]

|---|---|
| 2026-09-23 | Visibility re-checked on 2026-09-23 with the five canonical Kragujevac queries, run once for every card compared in this pass; local results, the first page of web results and AI Overviews all counted. The clinic appears in 5 of the five. |
| 2026-09-23 | Re-read on 2026-09-23: the clinic's website (all 45 pages, including the price list, services, implant, imaging and repair pages), its Google listing, its booking.dentist and navidiku.rs profiles, TripAdvisor, and the Dental Chamber, Ministry of Health and business-register records. Recorded: genuine photos of the premises and team; a free first examination with a treatment plan; same-day treatment for urgent cases; braces and aligners for children; Organization structured data; no WhatsApp contact; no cleaning price. Confirmed: the price list for implants, crowns, fillings and 3D imaging; CBCT at the practice; Google 4.4, now from 28 reviews. Corrected: the latest Google review is within the last three months, not older; contact details are not consistent (the Google listing and a directory give different phone numbers from the website); recurring complaints are no longer ruled out, as 4 of 28 Google ratings are one-star and those reviews could not be read. Still unverified: Facebook presence, owner replies to reviews, review manipulation, and a health licence (no public register). |
| 2026-08-26 | Link-rot re-check 2026-08-26 (round 2): apr.gov.rs registry search page (us-dental-lux-kragujevac-lic-2) re-confirmed dead (HTTP 500, stable across sessions) — pruned, no live replacement found for this specific page (APR provides only commercial/company registration lookup, not a health-institution license search). The other two flagged sources (Stomatoloska komora Srbije stomkoms.org and Ministarstvo zdravlja zdravlje.gov.rs/tekst/333545) were re-fetched directly and are live (the earlier dead classification was a TLS root-CA verification artifact of the recheck tool, not an actual outage) — refreshed accessedDate, left cited, no prune. clinicLicense value remains null: no searchable Serbian registry confirms or refutes a license for this clinic. |
| 2026-08-26 | Link-rot cleanup 2026-08-26: pruning 2 dead source(s) confirmed unreachable in an external-link check (checked 2026-08-26) and re-confirmed dead by direct recheck where applicable. us-dental-lux-kragujevac-lic-2 [https://www.apr.gov.rs/registri/zdravstvene-ustanove/pretraga-podataka.4394.html]: https://www.apr.gov.rs/registri/zdravstvene-ustanove/pretraga-podataka.4394.html (attempt1: HTTP 500; attempt2 (+30s): HTTP 500, other->stable-dead on recheck) | us-dental-lux-kragujevac-lic-3 [https://www.zdravlje.gov.rs/tekst/333545/lista-ustanova.php]: https://www.zdravlje.gov.rs/tekst/333545/lista-ustanova.php (unable to verify the first certificate; if the root CA is installed locally, try running Node.js with --use-system-ca, rotten) |
| 2026-08-26 | Re-verification 2026-08-26: website live (branded there as "Zubar Kragujevac — ordinacija dr Stojana Mihajlovića", but Google Maps confirms the registered business name is "US Dental Lux" matching stored data), address unchanged, not permanently closed; note the Google Maps listing shows a different phone (+381 66 9197060) than the clinic's own site/stored number (+381 65 909 0818) — stored number kept since it is confirmed live on the clinic's own site; captured first Google rating 4.4 (27 reviews); added geo coordinates and reviewRecency. |
| 2026-08-26 | License verification 2026-08-26: no searchable Serbian registry exists for clinic or doctor licences. Recorded as null, not false. |
| 2026-08-25 | Re-verification 2026-08-25: zubarkragujevac.rs opened directly, live; name/address/phone unchanged; no closure signals. No Google Maps link found on the site (a direct fetch and a text render), so reputation could not be re-verified on 2026-08-25; no rating/review-count was stored previously either. |
| 2026-08-25 | Recorded sedation / general anaesthesia availability (informational): not documented in public sources. Implant placement documented as done under local anaesthesia only |
| 2026-08-25 | Removed manual red flag(s) no_clinic_license, no_doctor_credentials: they asserted unpublished licensing while the underlying data was unverified (null means "not checked", not "not published"). See methodology v1.3.0. |
| 2026-08-18 | Imported from the city-tier dataset. |
